What we do

Clean, properly working filters are a crucial component in protecting your home and family. We will replace filters needing replacement, and provide maintenance and cleaning of non-replacement filters. We utilize only non-toxic methods, prioritizing steam cleaning whenever possible. Quarterly service is recommended, but look forward to working with you to determine the best plan for your household.

We start with a thorough walk through of your home or properties to identify all filters that need routine replacement or cleaning. Additionally we can discuss if any other services (below) can work for your needs, and arrive at a final, customized plan best for you and your home.

One-time consultation and Full House Service:

Replace all applicable filters (HVAC), clean all others (washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen exhaust vents, standalone water/air filters etc.)
Inspect and clean out bathroom and utility room exhaust vents
Inspect and clean dryer exhaust vent hose
Garbage disposal deodorize + steam clean

Recurring scheduled filter maintenance

$150-$200

Replace applicable filters (HVAC, Heat pump etc.) Service / clean all other durable filters (if applicable) including but not limited to:

Washing Machine filter
Ductless / Split AC/Heating Unit filters
Window AC Units filters
Standalone water filter systems
Standalone air filtration system filters / fans
Kitchen oven hood or downdraft filters
Refrigerator water line / air filters

Annual scheduled filter maintenance

$250

Replace applicable filters (HVAC, Heat pump etc.) Service / clean all other durable filters (if applicable) including but not limited to:

Standalone water filter systems
Standalone air filtration system filters / fans
